ServiceNow Platform Architect

Full-Time in Richmond, VA - Remote OK - Senior

What We’re Looking For:

A ServiceNow Platform Architect with the ability to focus on Customer Workflows. This role is a valuable member of our project teams who architects, designs and leads deployments of solutions for our customers. The Architect understands the need to build on the extensive knowledge of what works and equally importantly... what doesn’t work.

What You Will Do:

Be the One to -

  • Engage as a primary architect on projects to set technical direction and lead the development team to implement client solutions. Includes both configuring ServiceNow and developing customizations and integrations
  • Participate in and or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities with some of ServiceNow’s top enterprise customers
  • Responsible for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and or integration development
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of best practices related to ServiceNow
  • Develop a keen understanding of the products we implement and our customer’s business
  • Support business development and pre-sales activities as the technical lead / architect
  • Be agile, stay agile

What You Need:

  • 5+ years proven experience as a developer processing into high-level architecture roles
  • 4+ years of comprehensive ServiceNow experience in development, configuration and integrations
  • Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow’s Case and Knowledge configuration and or Integration tools
  • Participated in ServiceNow implementations of ITSM , ITOM or CSM
  • BS Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel - up to 20%
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
  • ServiceNow experience is a MUST
  • ServiceNow CSM experience is a PLUS
