You Are: 

• An experienced ServiceNow Account Executive with proven experience in ServiceNow solution or licensing sales

• Packing at least 3 years of ServiceNow account management experience with net new as well as existing clients

• Client-centric with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a dedication to building long-standing partnerships 

• Well-versed in all ServiceNow product lines with specific experience presenting Customer, Creator, & IT Workflows

• Passionate about doing the right thing, no matter how many times it takes 

• An adventurer who wouldn’t mind traveling up to 20% of the time 

What You’ll Do: 

• Identify and qualify new leads within your assigned territory, including prospecting and sourcing

• Be a trusted advisor and coordinate with appropriate Servos team members to engage with and build rapport with client stakeholders

• Assist in delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers 

• Provide clear communication channels between Servos Solutions team and clients at all stages to keep transparent communication a priority

• Collaborate with the delivery team to stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow developments and leverage creative approaches to account management

• Track sales pipeline, forecast performance, and achieve assigned quota

• Participate in marketing and sales events
